I was thinking of other M words. best one i could think of was "me" but McDonalds has more of a ring to it. Why am i writing about michelle? and what is there to write about her? mmmmmm - probably the best place to start researching a story is on facebook.

For those of you who didn't watch the news tonight, Corpus Christi - a "semi private school" in Perth received some media attention in regards to their school captain going off at the principal and vice principal during his valedictory speech. Other contextual information - three students from that school were killed earlier this year in a tragic car accident. Anyway, i don't go to that school so i don't really understand fully where he's coming from. but here are my thoughts. Corpus Christi...wtf thats not GT. Secondly, some of the content in his speech was about freedom of speech and rights of the individual etc...he tried to make it sound like the school was an oppresive institution intent on stifling his rights. But seriously - that guy couldn't string a damn sentence together. choice of words was definitely not articulate. further, i swear he's still sterile. worst. school. captain. ever. LO - dragging up memories of Torts II and defences to defamation. One of which is fair comment failing which justification.

I finally did my tax return today after 3 months of CB. Got some info on where i'll be staying in Shangers. Need to get a visa still. Had some late night supper at Northbridge last night past midnight. I still think the haters at the law library who don't agree with supper (everyone except matt roberts) need to get out there and try asian supper. There is nothing like it. Importantly, it might help them get their asian gene on which will make their exam results better.

Michelle was telling me about her job at the cemetry. i thought she was some crazy undertaker the first time we discussed that, then we talked about the ridiculous amount of money they were paying her there. i'm jealous. well not of the fact that she deals with dead people but the money part. speaking of money, if we fail exams we will get shit jobs which means we get shit money which means ugly wife which means unhappinness etc. moral - do your torts readings. lo and Michelle please swear less. its unladylike. you won't get a bf otherwise and you'll become more of a hussey which isn't good.

exam prep is going crap. assignment results came back. CFP - i managed to pass somehow. my group got really lucky. torts paper - really annoyed with my credit effort. i just hate being so average at stuff. being lazy probably isn't helping me but ceebs, i crave my midweek binge. speaking of binge. i ate the weight of a small child in lamb biriyani rice at broadway today.

oh dear. its actually crunch time again. i've been having the worst run with study and procrastination. whats new...i'll be in Shanghai alone for the summer. i still need to do my tax return, majorly put off my passport application thank you Ellen. MSU IGM AGM business is over, it's good to be moving on from that chapter of my life. over the weekend we had study binge at simon's where the only bingeing we did were on cupcakes. THe night before we had binge night at my house..."soooo fked, soooo loose Saturday". As opposed to Mad Monday or Wipeout Wednesday or my personal fav. which i'm putting a patent on "Frampton Friday".

Back to the whole study thing...the whole semester i pretty much haven't done anything. sooo...i've got about 15 CFP lectures to listen to. I've got to learn the whole minerals unit (like every single class), thank goodness they don't do tutes. THis week i have to do the minerals project or else my group is going to cut sick at me. i might just not sleep tonight and do that. Torts law - is a joke, but at least i know what topics we studied this semester. As for contract - mmm pretty sure i know more about contract than minerals, but not much.

Happy Birthday David Frampton = ) Everyone had an awesome time. especially you.





First things first...what a joke of a week. didn't achieve anything! but guys guess what, its crunch time and i really mean it. It's time to do all the stuff i should have done 10 weeks ago. but then. cb.

so what did we get up to yesterday, it was frammer's birthday...Burrows, Frammer and I had lunch at Nando's to kick off the festivities. We smashed the classic doubles "twice the breasts, twice the satisfaction" LO. Party continued at the TAV straight after where we all had cake courtesy of Vidders, Nikki and Ellen...i think it was some mudcake from the cheesecake shop. then we proceeded to CB class for the rest of the arvo.

Went home and did my CFP quiz, hung out with some juvie hussey's that my brother is friends with. Later on Renee, Katie and Tess (aka TIT) gave me a lift to Claremont. Met up with the rest of the kids...La Force was already fked by the time we got there, provided the line with some entertainment no doubt with her antics.

highlight was definitely Simon getting his rigg out.



Party kicked on to CLUB(BA) and saw the usual GT annoying faces. But suprisingly it was okay last night. LO ford lost his i.d. and missed out. bailed pretty early and caught a lift home with Renee. work was a tiny bit painful this morning. hey and CELEBRATION, latest hussey to join the surfing adventures is - Nikki Forrest. Help think of a gangster name for her. so far the crew is Tan, La Force, Ford and Woods (who i'll call ASIC, because he regulates...okay sorry its a bad pun).

seriously but just picture this.

Anyway! Exam period is upon us and i'll be updating a lot more regularly from now on. stay tuned.

The Australian sharemarket fell 8% today, the biggest one day fall in 21 years. It follows that raising capital through equity issues may not be appropriate under these current market conditions. Then again, in spite of central banks pumping liquidity into the market in attempts to shore up the financial system, the cost of borrowing remains high. yeah...ceebs. My CFP assignment was the biggest load of shit. Didn't sleep for days trying to get it done. Call me a kent but it was a group assignment and i totally felt used. Our referencing was rubbish, i actually think this is the worst assignment i've done in my uni career. definitely.

On the other hand...BINGE NIGHT. that was crazy. bunch of boys getting their riggs out at Ford's whilst his parents were away. It was actually like a scene out of some teenage movie...probably Old School or Superbad. Woke up the next morning, Roberts had this towel draped over him, Woods on the floor somewhere, walked downstairs and found yak on the couch and empties EVERYWHERE. We thought Simon was dead...Tim was nowhere to be found and then we found Bragg in some room and then Snell down the corridor. Ford had to clean up...poor guy.



Random daytime hanging out - Smoothies in the GT instead of trying to get our study on. Couldn't really expect more from La Force though (which is CB this drunk chick's new name aka Linehan). Frampton back on the prowl and probably failed Minerals??? We'll see what happens there. The Blackstone kids won at FOoty today, congratulations to them.

ASIA v MSU rugby match is coming up soon...should be interesting. But they look well prepared and in good shape. AGM's are also coming up. Exciting stuff for the club's future. It's late and i'm tired and i have to work tomorrow morning.
